30 Years to 78 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Regular maintenance hemodialysis patients, aged 18 or older; with a dialysis duration of at least 6 months, undergoing stable hemodialysis three times a week, with each treatment session lasting 4 hours. 2.Meet the Protein Energy Wasting (PEW) screening criteria. 3.Good compliance; have the ability to eat independently and can tolerate enteral nutrition

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients with acute kidney injury or non-chronic renal failure; patients with advanced tumors or hematological diseases; kidney transplant recipients; patients with incomplete medical history; patients with infections, hospitalization, bedridden status, gastrointestinal bleeding, chronic diarrhea, poorly controlled blood pressure, heart failure, and those who are at risk of exacerbating the progression of ESRD (End-Stage Renal Disease) and are currently using other nutritional supplements that may affect the outcome of the trial, such as compound keto acids, essential amino acid supplements, are all excluded.
