Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: A total of 90 patients with elective hip surgery since December 2024, aged 65-85 years, with ASAI-III, normal heart, liver and kidney function, normal consciousness, no history of nervous system surgery, and normal coagulation function
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Severe hematologic disease or abnormal coagulation function, contraindications to general anesthesia, simultaneous surgery of both limbs, history of allergy to local anesthetic drugs, peripheral nerve disease, inability to communicate normally, cognitive dysfunction, failure of nerve block with compound severe trauma, moderate and severe pain in the PACU (NRS score >= 4), serious adverse events during the operation, withdrawal due to other reasons
