Conditions

Rebound pain after nerve block

Interventions

Experimental group LB:PENG block was performed with 266 mg (20 mL) of liposomal bupivacaine dissolved in 0.9% saline to 30 mL under ultrasound guidance
Control group R:Injection of 30 ml of 0.375% ropivacaine at the same site for PENG block
Blank control group C:Inject 30 ml of 0.9% normal saline into the same site

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Severe hematologic disease or abnormal coagulation function, contraindications to general anesthesia, simultaneous surgery of both limbs, history of allergy to local anesthetic drugs, peripheral nerve disease, inability to communicate normally, cognitive dysfunction, failure of nerve block with compound severe trauma, moderate and severe pain in the PACU (NRS score >= 4), serious adverse events during the operation, withdrawal due to other reasons

Design outcomes

Primary

MeasureTime frame
Numeric Rating Scale;Area under the AUC curve of NRS score within 72 hours after surgery;

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
Systolic Blood Pressure,Diastolic Blood Pressure,Mean Arterial Pressure,Heart Rate,Peripheral capillary oxygen saturation;The NRS score at rest and in the exercise state (passive elevation of the lower limb by 15°) at 20 minutes after the block, the number of postoperative analgesic pump compressions, the movement status of the quadriceps muscle after surgery, the postoperative sleep quality score was recorded, and the number of cases of salvage analgesia was performed using the Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index Scale;Postoperative adverse reactions;Number of postoperative compressions of the analgesic pump;Postoperative quadriceps movement;Postoperative sleep quality score, using the Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index scale;Number of cases of salvage analgesia;
