18 Years to 85 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1)=18 years old; 2) Patients who had an expected minimum length of hospital stay of 72h and arterial blood gas analysis =3 times a day; 3)Sepsis was defined as sepsis-3 definitions, combination with a Sequential Organ Failure Assessment (SOFA) score at admission =2; 4) Sign informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) Currently participating in other clinical studies; 2)Refuse to participate in clinical research.
