Esketamine + lidocaine + cyclopofol group:Esketamine0.2mg/kg+2%lidocaine1.5mg/kg+cyclopofol(0.2~0.4mg/kg intravenous bolus induction, and 0.1~0.15mg/kg if necessary according to the operation process

Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.Aged 65 Years or Older;2.body mass index 18-30 kg/m2;3.ASA I-II Grade.4.There were no serious cardiopulmonary abnormalities before surgery.5.No other analgesic drugs have been taken in the 4 weeks prior to surgery.6.No history of alcohol abuse.7.No central nervous system disease.8.Those who do not have psychiatric, mental illness or cognitive dysfunction.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Exclusion the allergists of the drug;2.patients with chronic pain and severe audio-visual impairment Inability to communicate with the investigators;3.hypopotassemia;4.Patients who are expected to have difficulty with endotracheal intubation;5.The consultation time is more than 30 minutes.
