Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Patients diagnosed with depression by DSM-5; 17 items Hamilton Depression Scale (HAMD-17)>17; Patients were required to understand the study and sign an informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with metal or electronic instruments in the body, such as cardiac pacemakers, nerve stimulators, artificial metal heart valves, metal foreign bodies in the eye, inner ear implants, metal prostheses, metal joints, and ferromagnetic foreign bodies in the body; 2. People with brain diseases and other serious physical diseases; 3. Patients with other head MRI contraindications; 4. Pregnant, breastfeeding or planning pregnancy during the trial; 5. Acute suicides with suicidal behavior requiring urgent intervention; 6. Patients with other severe mental illnesses, such as schizophrenia, bipolar disorder, etc.
