18 Years to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) Older than 18 and younger than 80 2) Clinical or imaging diagnosis of thyroid associated eye disease 3) Complete eye examination, including diopter and best corrected vision (BCVA) test, slit-lamp biomicroscopy, axial length measurement, intraocular pressure measurement, exophthalmic measurement, Humphrey perimetry analyzer visual field test, color vision test, ophthalmoscope, OCT, fundus examination. 4) Complete laboratory serum biochemical indexes and orbital CT or MRI imaging examination. Control Group: 1) Age older than 18 years and less than 80 years. 2) Completed ophthalmic examinations, including refractive error and best-corrected visual acuity (BCVA) tests, slit-lamp biomicroscopy, axial length measurement, intraocular pressure measurement, exophthalmometry, Humphrey visual field analysis, color vision testing, ophthalmoscopy, OCT, and fundus examination. 3) Completed laboratory serum biochemistry tests and orbital CT or MRI imaging. 4) subjects without not have thyroid eye disease

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) Suffering from other orbital diseases: orbital tumors 2) Have other autoimmune diseases 3) Suffering from other blood diseases 4) Suffering from other infectious diseases 5) Suffering from other eye diseases such as glaucoma, retinal diseases, keratopathy, optic neuritis, uveitis, high myopia and high farsightedness Control group: 1) Suffering from eye diseases such as glaucoma, retinal diseases, keratopathy, optic neuritis, uveitis, high myopia and high farsightedness 2) Have an autoimmune disease 3) Suffering from blood diseases 4) Have a contagious disease 5) Suffering from orbital diseases, such as orbital tumors
