Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Inclusion criteria: ? Community residents aged 60 years and above who will live in the community for the next 6 months; ? Impairment in any one or more dimensions of intrinsic ability; ? Able to use a smartphone or have learned to use a smartphone through training; ? Voluntarily participate in this study and sign a written informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Exclusion criteria: ? Having obvious major diseases, such as malignant cancer, serious cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases, and the need for major organ transplantation surgery, which affect self-management behavior and follow-up; ? Any of the five dimensions of intrinsic ability is severely impaired, including cognitive dimension MMSE score = 9 points, psychological function dimension GDS-30 = 21 points, motor ability SPPB score < 7 points, vitality status MAN-SF score < 8 points, hearing status HHIE-S = 24 points, and visual status Landolt C measurement of the better eye's best corrected visual acuity < 0.3; ? There is no Internet in the place of residence; ? Participating in other health-related intervention experimental studies.
