18 Years to 65 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: (1)Many have a history of lumbar trauma, chronic strain, or cold and dampness; (2) Between the ages of 18 and 65; (3) Suffering from lower back pain for more than 12 weeks; (4) RMDQ score greater than 5 points; (5) It is possible to stand and walk without assistance, and practice martial arts.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (1) Symptomatic disc herniation or spondylolisthesis, spinal fractures, surgery, and neurological disorders requiring hospitalization; (2) Immune system diseases such as ankylosing spondylitis and rheumatoid arthritis; (3) Tumors, infections, and tuberculosis of the spine; (4) Pregnancy or work-related injury compensation, disability, or litigation related to LBP; (5) Unable to cooperate in completing the questionnaire and unwilling to go to the experimental site.
