20 Years to 65 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: (1) All subjects voluntarily signed the informed consent for this study (2) age greater than or equal to 20 years old, less than 65 years old (3) voluntarily underwent painless colonoscopy (4) No history of fat allergy (5) no muscle-nerve disease
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (1) History of allergy to cyclopropofol (2) history of mental illness and drug abuse (3) Severe cardiopulmonary diseases (heart failure, II degree atrioventricular block, severe COPD, etc.) (4) History of hyperthyroidism (5) surgical history of cardiopulmonary disease (6) history of craniocerebral surgery (7) Patients who could not be enrolled for any reason considered by the investigators
