Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: (1) Plan to undergo elective non-cardiac surgery under general anesthesia; (2) Suffer from chronic hypertension and take ACEI/ARB drugs regularly for a long time (more than 3 months); (3) The way to take ACEI/ARB drugs is once every morning, and only take Class A antihypertensive drugs; (4) 65-75 years old, regardless of gender; (5) ASA Class II-III; (6) BMI 18-30kg/m^2
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (1) Treatment of hypertensive patients with unsatisfactory blood pressure control with antihypertensive drugs (systolic blood pressure=160 mmHg and/or diastolic blood pressure=100 mmHg); (2) Patients with hypotension before operation (blood pressure <90/60mmHg); (3) Patients with serious heart, brain, lung, liver, kidney and metabolic diseases; (4) Patients with mental and neurological diseases; (5) Patients who take psychotropic drugs such as antipsychotic and antianxiety, or who abuse alcohol or drugs; (6) People with speech, vision, or hearing impairments; (7) Operations requiring controlled hypotension (such as hepatectomy, rotator cuff repair, etc.); (8) Subjects who are not suitable to participate in this study
