Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Age range: 18-80 years old; 2. Diagnosed as upper ureteral calculi; 3. The surgical methods selected are Sotn ureteroscopic lithotripsy with NTrap and flexible ureteroscopic lithotripsy 4. Patients who do not have severe urinary tract infections before surgery or whose infections have been controlled, and whose urine cultures are positive, are treated with sensitive antibiotics for anti infection treatment (converted to negative before surgery); 5. All patients underwent surgical treatment for unilateral stones.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Individuals with severe heart and respiratory diseases who cannot tolerate surgery. 2. Unregulated systemic hemorrhagic disease. 3. Patients with severe spinal deformities, hip joint deformities, and excessive obesity who cannot undergo lithotomy surgery. 4. Patients with a history of renal anatomical abnormalities, ureteral stenosis, congenital urinary system abnormalities, tuberculosis, or tumors on the affected side in the past; 5. Patient data is incomplete.
