Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Age = 18 years, male or female, ECOG-PS = 2; 2.Thyroid cancer (including differentiated thyroid cancer, medullary thyroid cancer, undifferentiated thyroid cancer, etc.) clearly diagnosed by pathological examination according to the 2022 WHO classification criteria for thyroid tumors; 3.Considering biochemical residues, recurrence, or metastasis of thyroid cancer based on existing examinations (including but not limited to ultrasound, CT, serum thyroglobulin, serum calcitonin); 4.Expected survival = 12 weeks; 5.During the study period and within 6 months after the end of the study, women must 5) use effective contraceptive measures (effective contraceptive measures refer to sterilization, intrauterine hormone devices, condoms, birth control pills/pills, abstinence or partner removal of vas deferens, etc.); Male participants must agree to use contraception during the study period and within 6 months after the end of the study period;

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Severe abnormalities in liver and kidney function; 2.Pregnant, lactating, and pre pregnancy women; 3.Patients who cannot lie flat for one hour; 4.Known allergy to contrast agents; 5.Diagnosed with claustrophobia or other mental illnesses; 6.Severe dysfunction of the liver, kidneys, bone marrow, or other major systems; 7.Serious or uncontrollable basic diseases during the screening period, such as hypertension, diabetes, cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases, etc.; 8.Uncontrolled infection; 9.History of neurologic metastases with associated symptoms; 10.Undertaking general anesthesia surgery within 4 weeks prior to baseline; 11.Patients with a history of ACS or cerebral infarction within 6 weeks prior to baseline; 12.Other unsuitalbe conditions considered by investigators;
