Conditions

The change of muscle strength and blood lactate

Interventions

Stepwise load reduction training group (SLRT):The subjects performed a barbell back squat from 80%1RM, and decreased to 65%1RM, 50%1RM, 40%1RM and 30%1RM, and the subjects completed the above five con
Medium load resistance training group (MLRT):In view of the fact that the total load of the five loads was 49.91±1.43 reps after one SLRT intervention, the moderate intensity group was treated with 50
Conditional group (Con):No other lower limb strength training except for the pre, middle and post tests will be performed for eight weeks.
