Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.BMI>30 kg/m2; 2.Elective surgical patients; 3.ASA Class I-III; 4. patients gave informed consent for the study;

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. history of previous neck surgery, e.g., thyroid surgery; 2. severe cardiovascular disease; 3. end-stage renal disease; 4. severe infection or sepsis; 5. severe coagulation disorders;
