18 Years to 70 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Elbow stiffness with elbow range of motion 30°, or forearm rotation < 45° in either direction; (2) Failed of more than 6 months conservative treatment; (3) Arthroscopic surgery with or without ulnar nerve release and preposition; (4) Willing to participate in the study, cooperate with postoperative rehabilitation, and signed informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Patients with elbow stiffness and severe osteoarthritis who cannot undergo arthroscopic release; (2) Patients with prior severe burns or central nervous system damage; (3) Uncontrolled systemic infections such as lung infection and urinary tract infection; (4) Preoperative immune dysfunction or combined with immune-related diseases (immune elbow stiffness); (5) Patients who are allergic to drugs or have contraindications; (6) Unwilling to participate in researchers
