Interventions

Baseline group:Subjects in the baseline group will receive usual care and health education.
First review group:Subjects in the review group will undergo the following measures: ? receive an assessment of learning needs
? Enter the learning communication group with the same needs

? Develop a self-management plan
? Receive health education lectures, etc.

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1: Voluntarily sign informed consent 2: Age =18 years 3: Meets the 2019 European Alliance of Associations for Rheumatology (EULAR)/American College of Rheumatology (ACR) classification criteria for systemic lupus Erythematosus 4: Clear awareness, no cognitive and communication disorders

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1: People with rheumatoid arthritis and other rheumatic immune diseases 2: Patients with cancer or other severe system dysfunction 3: Have a history of mental illness, or take anti-depression, anti-anxiety drugs 4: Patients who were judged by the investigator to be unsuitable for participation in this trial
