18 Years to 70 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.18 years old = age =70 years old; 2.Differentiated thyroid carcinoma confirmed by FNA; 3.Lesion diameter < 40mm; 4.Thyroid cancer requiring total thyroidectomy, including (1) tumors located in the isthmus or unilateral or bilateral; (2) tumor invasion of thyroid capsule; (3) central lymph nodes with definite or suspicious metastasis; 5.Willing to cooperate with the provision of blood test samples, patient imaging and postoperative pathological routine and other relevant medical records, and willing to use the test data for scientific research in clinical institutions. 6.Signed the informed consent and were willing to cooperate with this study for clinical follow-up;

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.History of thyroid surgery or neck radiotherapy; 2.Thyroid tumor invasion of trachea, esophagus, cervical great vessels and other adjacent important structures or distant metastasis; 3.Fusion of lateral lymph nodes or short diameter of lymph nodes > 2cm 4.Patients with coagulopathy or vital organ dysfunction such as heart and lung who cannot tolerate general anesthesia; 5.Patients have coexisting conditions that may affect follow-up and short-term survival; 6.Any social/psychological problems for which the patient was judged by the investigator to be unsuitable for the study.
