Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1) Obtain the informed consent of the guardian and have good compliance 2) The participants had good Chinese reading and writing skills and could complete the questionnaire independently 3) No psychological treatment or intervention in one year 4) Not diagnosed with organic mental disorder, schizophrenia, autism, mental retardation, etc
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1) Children and adolescents or their parents refused to participate in the intervention 2) The ability to read and write in Chinese is not enough to complete the questionnaire survey in Chinese independently 3) Have received treatment for a psychological problem or participated in a similar psychological intervention within the past year 4) Unable to complete the intervention course for any reason
