Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Admitted to our intensive care unit (EICU, RICU, CCU, NICU) from June 2022 to September 2023. 2. Aged 18 years old or over. 3. Diagnosed with IDDVT by ultrasound. 4. At least one ultrasound follow-up within two weeks of diagnosis.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Outpatients or emergency patients. 2. Prolonged anticoagulation for other reasons (e.g., atrial fibrillation). 3. Hospitalization in ICU <72 hours. 4. Anticoagulation within 3-14 days of diagnosis of IDDVT. 5. No ultrasound follow-up after diagnosis of IDDVT. 6. Combined proximal deep vein thrombosis or pulmonary embolism. 7. Incomplete clinical data.
