Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: (1) Age 60-80 years old; (2) There is at least one of the following vascular risk factors causing atherosclerosis: smoking (10 cigarettes/day,Smoking age = 10 years), BMI>28, hypertension, diabetes (3) At least one common chronic neurological clinical symptom of cerebral small vessel disease is cognitive functionDescent, gait or posture balance disorders, vascular Parkinson's syndrome, mental or emotional disorders (Jiao)Anxiety, depression, etc., sleep disorders, urinary and fecal sphincter dysfunction (4) There are at least two CSVD features that meet the STRIVE2 (2) criteria in magnetic resonance imagingSexual imaging markers: a) Necessary conditions: Lacunar infarction lesions (= 1 in number); b) At leastContains one of the following imaging biomarkers: high white matter signal intensity (Fazekas = 2), microbleeds(= 1 deep part), enlarged perivascular spaces (= 10 basal ganglia).(5) Have not taken probiotics or prebiotics within one month and are willing to take probiotic products (5) Have not taken probiotics or prebiotics within 1 month, and are willing to take probiotic products. (6) Subject or legal guardian signs informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (1) Intracranial and extracranial artery stenosis exceeding 50% or previous carotid endarterectomy; (2) The TOAST classification suggests a high possibility of cardiogenic stroke; (3) On MRI, there are cortical or subcortical infarctions with a diameter exceeding 1.5cm (non acute phase);There is white matter hyperintensities caused by other diseases such as multiple sclerosis or leukodystrophy; (4) The score of the Simplified Mental State Assessment Scale is less than 10; (5) Diagnosed with Alzheimer's disease or other types of dementia, Parkinson's disease, or other serious mental disorders (6) Patients who cannot undergo cranial MRI examination
