Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Wound patients with diabetes of Wagner grade 2-5; 2. Adult patients aged = 18 years old; 3. Agree to join this clinical study and sign the informed consent form;
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with poor overall condition who cannot tolerate surgical treatment; 2. Merge severe immune system diseases; 3. History of severe mental illness and inability to cooperate with treatment;
