Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. patients diagnosed with the need for hip arthroplasty by imaging and agreeing to surgical treatment; 2.(2) aged >50 years; 3.(3) undergoing unilateral primary total hip arthroplasty.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Combined with other parts of the fracture and pathological fracture; 2.(2) Presence of hip deformity, history of surgery and fracture; 3.(3) Patients with serious abnormalities of cardiopulmonary, hepatic, and renal functions, infections, and psychiatric disorders, and who are unable to tolerate the surgery; 4.(4) Coagulation dysfunction, which is a contraindication to the surgery.
