Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.a) First diagnosis of subacromial bursitis (Neer /Hawkins sign positive; 2.MRI showed that the bursae thickness was >2mm, and there was fluid accumulation in the medial bursae/acromioclavicular joint). 3.b) The chief complaint of shoulder pain with limited range of motion (VAS pain score =4 in abduction/pronation posture) >1 month; 4.c) The subjects have the ability to independently check wechat public account messages; 5.d) From Nov 2023, he was admitted to the Orthopedic Sports Medicine Clinic of Peking Union Medical College Hospital.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.a) History of physiotherapy/injection/severe trauma/surgery on the affected shoulder; 2.b) Affected shoulder osteoarthritis/rotator cuff tear/tendinopathy/calcification/biceps long head tendinitis; 3.c) History of serious chronic diseases (diabetes, cardiovascular disease, etc.); 4.d) History of severe mental illness; 5.e) History of other uncontrolled diseases (malignancy, cachexia, septicemia, etc.); 6.f) History of immunoinflammatory diseases (rheumatoid arthritis, systemic lupus erythematosus, ankylosing spondylitis, etc.); 7.g) History of professional sports involving shoulder joint movements; 8.h) Cervical spondylosis/radiculopathy.
