Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients undergoing translaparoscopic mitral valve, aortic valve, and tricuspid valve surgery under elective cardiopulmonary bypass, the American Society of Anesthesiologists ASA score of II-III

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Patients with severe preoperative heart failure and hemodynamic instability; Patients who are hemodynamically unstable after surgery and require rapid adjustment of inotropes or chest tube drainage > 200 mL/hour; (2) Severe psychiatric illness or alcohol addiction in the past; (3) Patients with liver and kidney failure before surgery; (4) Patients with preoperative allergy to the study drug; (5) Patients with visual or speech impairment before surgery; (6) Patients with myasthenia gravis and expected difficult airway
