Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: (1) scheduled elective closed reduction and internal fixation for humeral fractures or supracondylar fractures; (2) Age = 6 years old, ASA I-II; (3) After fully explaining the clinical trial content, the guardian voluntarily want join and sign informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (1) Children with severe congenital heart disease, pulmonary hypertension, arrhythmia, or cardiac insufficiency; (2) Pulmonary diseases (lung infections, bronchial asthma, etc.; (3) Children with psychological disorders or autism; (4) Children with allergies to medication used in the study; (5) Children who are deemed unsuitable by the clinical responsible doctor or clinical physician.
