40 Years to 90 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1: Preoperative CT, MRI, PET-CT, or biopsy pathology confirmed thoracic and lumbar spine metastasis 2: Patients with neurological impairment, refractory pain, and/or pathological fractures 3: Single vertebral body metastasis with ESCC grade greater than 2 4: According to Tomita score and improved Tokuhashi score, the life expectancy of patients is = 3 months 5: The patient is generally able to tolerate this surgery 6: Patient or legal representative signs informed consent form

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1: Expected survival time<3 months 2: Primary malignant tumor of the spine 3: Poor cardiopulmonary function or combined with other diseases that cannot withstand surgery 4. Incomplete image data and follow-up records
