Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: (1) Primary Parkinson's disease patients undergoing bilateral subthalamic nucleus deep brain electrode implantation under general anesthesia; (2) No previous history of brain surgery; (3) Patients without intracranial hemorrhage during surgery; (4) Age between 40-65 years old.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (1) There is significant cognitive impairment (MOCA score<10); (2) Serious anxiety, depression, suicidal behavior or tendencies, significant mental disorders and other mental illnesses that are difficult to treat with medication; (3) Combine diagnosed hypertension, cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases, peripheral vascular diseases, arrhythmia, moderate to severe liver dysfunction (child gauge grade B or C), and moderate to severe renal dysfunction (glomerular filtration rate<90ml/min); (4) After 10 minutes of resting in a supine position, the cuff blood pressure is higher than 180/110mmHg; (5) There are contraindications for propofol or remifentanil drugs; (6) Alcoholics; (7) Those who refuse to undergo general anesthesia or refuse to sign informed consent forms; (8) The researchers believe that it is not appropriate for them to participate in this study.
