Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1: Diagnosed with stroke according to the national standards established at the 4th National Cerebrovascular Disease Academic Conference, and confirmed by head CT or MRI scans. 2: First stroke, with a duration of illness between 7 days and 6 months 3: Aged between 40 and 85 years. 4: Conscious and stable vital signs. 5: Able to understand and follow study-related instructions. 6: Positive result in the water drinking test, with swallowing difficulties confirmed by videofluoroscopic swallowing study (VFSS). 7: Right-handed. 8: The patient or family member consents to participate in this study and the videofluoroscopic swallowing study, and signs the informed consent form before the study.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1: Dysfunction of important organs such as the heart, lungs, and kidneys. 2: Recent history of seizures. 3: Presence of swallowing difficulties caused by other neurological diseases or structural abnormalities or injuries in the head and neck. 4: Presence of contraindications for magnetic stimulation. 5: Other situations deemed unsuitable for participation by the researchers.
