10 Years to 19 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Outpatients/inpatients aged 11 to 19 years, regardless of gender; (2) MINI-KID assessment confirming a diagnosis of depressive disorder or bipolar and related disorders; (3) Normal intelligence, capable of reading and understanding the scale content; (4) Right-handed; (5) Non-suicidal self-injury (NSSI) group with at least five instances of non-suicidal self-injury within the past year.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Comorbid neurodevelopmental disorders; (2) Comorbid organic mental disorders; (3) Comorbid schizoaffective disorder, schizophrenia, obsessive-compulsive disorder, or other mental disorders; (4) History of psychoactive substance use; (5) High risk of severe suicidal behavior; (6) Comorbid severe physical illnesses, such as acute cerebrovascular disease, heart failure, or malignant tumors; (7) Contraindications for magnetic resonance imaging; (8) Significant visual impairments.
