15 Years to 70 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) At least 15 years old and less than 70 years old; 2) During the 2-year period of the project, the household has no plan to move; 3) During the 2-year period of the project, the person resides in the neighbourhood committee/village for more than half of the time in each year; 4) Does not have a serious mental illness; and 5) Can communicate with the enumerator in a normal way.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) Suffering from a serious mental illness; 2) Be unable to communicate normally with the investigator.
