Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Retrospective analysis: 1. Age 0-18 years; 2. From May 2019 to May 224, children with asthma who visited our hospital and met the diagnostic criteria for asthma in the "Children's Bronchial Asthma Diagnosis and Prevention Guide (016 Edition)" and healthy children who visited the pediatric health clinic; 3. Voluntary participation, the child or family members can understand and sign the informed form; 4. Complete and traceable maternal prenatal visit, child's birth, and previous visit related data. Prospective study: 1. Newborns born our hospital during the recruitment period; 2. Voluntary participation, family members can understand and sign the informed consent form; 3. Complete and traceable maternal prenatal related data.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Merge other serious respiratory diseases; 2. Congenital developmental or structural abnormalities in the respiratory system; 3. Long term exposure to allergens; 4. Cardiogenic asthma; 5. Familial asthma; 6. Other long-term chronic diseases; 7. Those who are unwilling, unable, or unwilling to comply with research requirements, including follow-up;
