Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Age = 18 years; (2) Voluntary signing of the informed consent form; (3) Ability for long-term follow-up.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) History of CVD including coronary heart disease heart failure stroke or peripheral arterial disease; (2) Severe hepatic or renal dysfunction; (3) Cancer or life expectancy < 5 years; (4) Pregnant or breastfeeding women; (5) Individuals with mental or cognitive impairments that prevent cooperation.
