18 Years to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Newly diagnosed extranodal nasal type NK/T-cell lymphoma 2. Aged 18 to 80 years old 3. Have not received chemotherapy or radiation therapy before 4. At least one measurable or evaluable lesion 5. ECOG (Eastern Cooperative Oncology Group) score 0-2 points 6. Blood routine and liver and kidney function are generally normal: white blood cells >= 3 × 10^9/L, neutrophil count >= 1.5 × 10^9/L, platelet count >= 100 × 10^9/L; Serum creatinine = 50 mL/min; Total bilirubin <= 2 times the upper normal limit, aspartate and alanine transaminase levels <= 3 times the upper normal limit

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. . Non nasal NK/T-cell lymphoma 2. Systemic central nervous system involvement 3. Previous or concomitant malignant tumors, as well as any coexisting medical issues that may lead to poor adherence to the research protocol
