Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients with Crohn's disease who have undergone ileocolic resection and anastomosis. 2. Aged 18 to 75 years. 3. Have used at least one biological agent before surgery. 4. Have used at least one biological agent within 6 months post-surgery. 5. Have an anastomosis site in the ileocolic region after surgery. 6. No severe underlying diseases and no contraindications to the use of biological agents.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with malignancy associated with Crohn's disease. 2. Have used biological agents before surgery, but the names are unspecified. 3. Have used biological agents post-surgery, but the names are unspecified. 4. Lack relevant necessary information, such as unclear medical history and absence of postoperative endoscopic follow-up. 5. Have a stoma, and the ileocolic anastomosis has not been actively utilized.
