Interventions

Hyperoxia group:After anesthesia induction, the fraction of inspired oxygen (FiO2) is 80%.
Hypoxia group:After anesthesia induction, the fraction of inspired oxygen (FiO2) is 30%.

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Participants who are scheduled to undergo liver resection under sevoflurane inhalation general anesthesia at Huashan Hospital Affiliated to Fudan University from November 2024 to October 2025 were included. 1) Age = 18 years and 2 hours (defined as from the induction of anesthesia to the completion of wound suture). 4) Voluntary participation in the trial and signing of the informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) Severe cardiopulmonary diseases and myocardial infarction within 3 months. 2) Pregnant or lactating women. 3) Moderate to severe obstructive sleep apnea syndrome. 4) ASA = grade IV, with decompensated severe liver or kidney diseases. 5) Planned to be admitted to the ICU after surgery. 6) Preoperative peripheral blood oxygen saturation (SpO2) lower than 90%, or chronic obstructive pulmonary disease [PaO2 < 60 mmHg]. 7) Participating in other clinical studies concurrently. 8) Those with allergy or contraindications to conventional anesthetic drugs.
