Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients who received labor analgesia in the Obstetrics Department of Changzhi People's Hospital Affiliated to Changzhi Medical College from November 2024 to December 2024. 2. Aged 25 to 35. 3. Singleton pregnancies, cephalic presentation, and full-term first-time mothers.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Previous history of mental or psychological disorders; 2.Preeclampsia; 3.presence of organic diseases or functional disorders in vital organs such as the heart or brain; 4.Fetal abnormalities; 5.Spinal deformities or infection at the puncture site; 6.Participation in other clinical research projects.
