Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged over 20 years (including 20 years old), male or female; 2. Local permanent residents; 3. Voluntarily participate in the project and sign an informed consent form.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Unstable angina,myocardial infarction in past 4 weeks,hypertensive crisis and resistant hypertension; 2.Brain, chest, abdomen, or eye surgery in past 1 month; 3.Pneumothorax and pneumothorax recovery in past 1 month; 4.Hemoptysis,active gastrointestinal bleeding in past 2 weeks; 5.Active respiratory infectious diseases; 6.Thoracic or cerebral aneurysm that had not been effectively treated; 7. Severe diseases of the heart, brain, liver, kidneys, or blood systems; 8.Pregnant women; 9.History of high paraplegia; 10.History of mental disorders, auditory hallucinations, visual hallucinations, or taking antipsychotic drugs; 11.History of cognitive disorders,including dementia or cognitive disorders.
