Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: (1) Meet the diagnostic criteria for acute carbon monoxide poisoning; (2) All the enrolled patients suffered from carbon monoxide poisoning for the first time; (3) All patients were admitted to hospital within 6 hours of disengagement from carbon monoxide. (4) All patients received hyperbaric oxygen, improved brain metabolism, anti-platelet aggregation drugs, dehydration to improve brain edema and other treatments; (5) Patients who agreed to participate in this study after soliciting opinions from patients and their families.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (1) There are new infectious diseases, thrombotic diseases, tumors and blood system diseases before the onset; (2) A woman is pregnant or menstruating; (3) Patients who have taken drugs affecting coagulation function or platelet function in the past 1 month; (4) Patients with acute carbon monoxide toxic encephalopathy without false recovery; (5) Patients with delayed encephalopathy as the first symptom; (6) People with previous mental illness or mental disability; (7) Those who cannot cooperate with the completion of relevant tests and examinations cannot cooperate with follow-up patients.
