Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Patients with head and neck malignant tumor confirmed by histology or cytology and underwent neck lymph node dissection. 2.Before operation, I received CT or MRI examination from the imaging center of Peking University Shenzhen Hospital.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Patients whose medical records are incomplete or lack key information and cannot be evaluated. 2.Patients with incomplete preoperative imaging data or unable to interpret them effectively. 3.Patients with incomplete postoperative pathological report or unable to confirm lymph node metastasis status.
