Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: ? ASA ? to ? level; ? Age = 18 years; ? Elective thoracic surgery under general anaesthesia; ?Voluntary signing of informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: ?combined with neurological and psychiatric disorders; ?combined with speech, visual, auditory and cognitive dysfunction; ?other types of sleep disorders, such as OSA, restless legs syndrome or periodic limb movement disorder; ?admitted to ICU after surgery; ?combined with communication disorders or unable to co-operate.
