Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Subjects scheduled for elective arthroscopic shoulder rotator cuff repair under general anesthesia; 2.18-70 years old; 3.BMI18-30 kg /m2; 4.ASA ?-?;

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: BMI=30kg/m2; Combined with chronic pulmonary and bronchial diseases, old cerebral infarction, hypertension, diabetes, cerebrovascular diseases; transient ischemic attack; sleep apnea syndrome; There are contraindications to regional nerve block, continuous use of painkiller drugs, re-tear after rotator cuff repair, giant rotator cuff tear, etc.;
