Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: ?The study subjects were from patients who met the diagnostic criteria for Parkinson's Disease according to the UK Parkinson’s Disease Society Brain Bank Clinical Diagnostic Criteria; ? myotonia, postural gait disorder, static tremor, bradykinesia as the main performance; ? Patients with Hoehn-Yahr grading of 3-5 points according to the severity of clinical symptoms; ? Sign informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: ? secondary cerebrovascular disease, encephalitis, craniocerebral trauma and other Parkinson's syndrome; ? There have been serious infections recently; ? Patients with malignant tumor; ? Serious cardiovascular disease, liver and kidney insufficiency; ? Patients with a history of repeated stroke; ? Patients with Parkinson's syndrome; (7) Patients with complex vertebral system injury and abnormal cerebellar function, etc; ? The use of Levodopa/Carbidopa/Entacapone is contraindicated; ? Patients who are participating in clinical trials of other drugs.
