Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.Adults aged 20-30 (the maximum age limit of 30 is to minimize the risk of early-onset or diagnosed osteoarthritis); 2.BMI<28 kg/m²; 3.No history of knee surgery; 4.No experience of any knee injuries, pain, or discomfort recently 5.Lower Extremity Functional Scale (LEFS) score=74 points; 6.No history of rheumatoid arthritis, cardiovascular disease or pregnancy; 7.Tegner Activity Scale Score=4 points.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Contraindications to MRI (cardiac stents, aneurysm stents or cochlear metal implants); 2. Knee joint injuries occurred during the trial; 3. After initial MRI examination, knee joint abnormalities were found (such as high patella, hypoplasia of the femoral trochlea, muscle edema, muscle atrophy, cartilage degeneration, and meniscal injury, etc.)
