Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: The diagnostic criteria for type 2 diabetes stipulated by WHO in 1999 was used as the diagnostic criteria for type 2 diabetes in this study. Fasting blood glucose >= 7mmol/L (126mg/dl) or 2 hours post-meal blood glucose >= 11.1mmol/L (200mg/dl), or random blood glucose >= 11.1mmol/L.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with type I diabetes 2.Persons under 18 years of age or over 65 years of age, pregnant or lactating women, who are allergic to the test sample. 3. Patients with heart, liver, kidney and other major organ complications, or with other serious diseases, mental patients, taking glucocorticoids or other drugs that affect blood sugar. 4. Diabetic ketosis, acidosis and infection in the last 3 months. 5. Short-term use of items related to the function of the test, affecting the judge of the result. 6. Those who do not meet the inclusion criteria, do not take the test sample as prescribed, or have incomplete data that affect the observation results. (1) secondary obesity (hypothalamic obesity, hypercortisolism); (2) Muscular; (3) hypogonadal obesity; (4) drug-induced obesity; (5) pregnancy and lactation; (6) serious diseases (liver and kidney insufficiency, coronary heart disease and tumor, etc.); (7) hypothyroidism obesity.
