Interventions

Test group:Maintain intraoperative systolic blood pressure fluctuation within 10% of baseline blood pressure
control group:Intervention should be given when the mean arterial pressure is lower than 65mmHg, systolic blood pressure is lower than 90mmHg, or systolic blood pressure is 30% below baseline.

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged 60 years or over, 2. ASA grade I - III, 3. Patients planning to undergo partial nephrectomy 4. Patients voluntarily participate in this study and provide written informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Severe preoperative hypertension (SBP >= 180 mmHg, or DBP >= 110mmHg) 2. Severe renal impairment (estimated glomerular filtration rate eGRF < 30ml/min/1.73 ²) 3. Need renal vascular surgery. 4. Unilateral kidney 5. Preoperative septicemia 6. Preoperative hemodynamic failure (shock)
