Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1) Selected based on the Patient Health Questionnaire (PHQ-9) scores, with a total score ranging from 10= PHQ-9 = 19 for inclusion; 2) College students, aged 18-30 years old; 3) Normal cognitive function and good physical condition (no serious, coma-inducing brain trauma, neurological diseases, or other severe somatic diseases), capable of actively cooperating to complete relevant self-assessment scales and physical activities; 4) No regular exercise habits (less than three times per week, and each time less than 20 minutes); 5) No physical restrictions or contraindications to exercise (e.g., prohibited by a doctor, chest pain during exercise, fainting, uncontrolled epilepsy, current fractures, etc.); 6) Agree to participate in the project and sign the informed consent form.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (1) Excluding those who having suicidal risk; (2) History of brain trauma leading to coma, neurological diseases, cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases, or other serious physical illnesses that limit mobility, preventing normal participation in prescribed physical exercises; (3) History of schizophrenia, schizotypal and delusional disorders, bipolar affective disorders, or other psychotic disorders; (4) Being classified as "moderate" (=2 "yes" responses on the PAR-Q) or "high" risk (diagnosed with cardiovascular, metabolic, or pulmonary diseases) based on the Physical Activity Readiness Questionnaire (PAR-Q) health screening; (5) Not currently receiving psychiatric-psychological related treatment (e.g., systematic psychological interventions, medication, physical stimulation, etc.); (6) Refusal to sign the informed consent form or unwillingness to participate in the project.
