Interventions
Oxellidine fumarate group (Group T):Oxelidine fumarate 0.016mg/kg combined with propofol 1.5 mg/kg was used to induce anesthesia.
Sufentanil group (Group C):Sufentanil citrate 0.08µg/kg combined with propofol 1.5 mg/kg was used to induce anesthesia during painless gastroenteroscopy.

65 Years to 80 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients to be diagnosed with painless gastroenteroscopy; 2. Age 65-79 years; 3. ASA grade I to III; 4. Sign informed consent voluntarily.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Presence of an anticipated difficult airway (e.g., craniofacial structural abnormalities, Mallampati Class IV, thyromental distance = Class III. 4. Systolic blood pressure >= 180 mm Hg and/or diastolic blood pressure = 110 mm Hg during preoperative assessment. 5. Presence of diabetic complications. 6. Severe hepatic or renal dysfunction. 7. Participation in another clinical trial within 3 months prior to enrollment.
