Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Participants over 18 years old, healthy or with diabetes or impaired glucose tolerance.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Severe cardiac insufficiency, or liver or kidney insufficiency; 2.Poor fixation and serious opacity of refractive media; 3.Patients with high myopia (> -6.0 d) , retinal detachment, nystagmus, ptosis and other fundus lesions; 4.Patients with gestational diabetes.
