Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Meet the diagnostic criteria for AS; 2.Adult patients over 18 years old; 3.Patients who are informed about the study and provide their voluntary consent to participate.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Patients with severe organ damage or those suffering from severe mental disorders.
