18 Years to 45 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: a. Meet the diagnostic criteria of GDM; b. Single pregnancy; c. No previous treatment for diabetes, including diet, exercise and drug therapy; d. Archival information is kept intact.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: a. Patients with diseases related to important organs; b. Patients with other complications during pregnancy; c. Patients with a history of diabetes before pregnancy; d. Recent history of taking glucocorticoids and other drugs; e. Patients with thyroid disease; f. Patients with retinal, kidney, cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases and peripheral vascular diseases (including those with corresponding clinical manifestations).
